Sleep Tight


My family all knows that I am a late night owl-walking around my house, blogging all night, eating till two in the morning, and pretty much grumpy and tired the whole next day. So, to battle this problem...I started taking Melatonin to help me get back into a regular sleeping cycle. I know that I'm only to take this occasionally-so now I'm focused on eating healthy and getting exercise also. I hope that when I start working again, I'll be able to be up at 6:30 am and be in bed by nine or ten during the work week. This is really my goal for the next month :)

I must admit I've been an Ambien girl the last couple of weeks with too much on my mind to sleep on my own - I need to get better in all healthy aspects of my life, too!!

I stay up much too late myself. For me, it's my quiet time with everybody else in bed. It's also when I get to catch up on all the blogs I like to keep up with. Of course, the boys have me up at the crack of dawn, so I really should try for an earlier bedtime.

I need to start falling asleep earlier! Not that I'm a huge night owl, but, boy, I need my 8 hours or someone gets hurt...And, I have to be at work at 8 am, which means, up at 6. (gag) . I'll have to get workin' on gettin' to bed earlier too :)

I just re-read this post and realized that it sounds so much like a commercial :) Ha! Maybe that's what I should be doing-medical commercials. Well, the stuff really works-I'm sold!
