My sixteen year old, Nascar, just got asked to the Grad-nite Dance:) Here in Utah, it's a custom for the person asking someone to prom-to be very creative! Then the "invitee"-creates an answer...with the words "YES" or "No, thanks!" Here's what his invitation said...There were lots of hints at his bedroom door:
And in his bedroom...there was a trail of evidence:)
Under the sign there was a plunger with a bag of Almond Joy's flowing out:
Now, Nascar has to think of a cute way to say, "YES!".

This tradition took some getting use to.
He could answer back with a bag a flour, put the answer inside!I have heard of some one doing that.
Can't wait to see what he does.
This was one of the most creative ideas for asking someone to prom. This young man must be very interesting. Wishing them well on their date.
