Come on I know you guys are out there I SEE U
I love stuff like this believe it or not. I believe in the power of the greens. Thanks Dolly. However, I wasn't impressed with that high powered machine. It took forever to get that collards and spinach down. It sort of cracked me up.
I'd rather just eat a salad.
I was just wondering how to get more collards and Kale in my diet! Great video. I will try this for sure. We do fruit smoothies with carrots. They are so good and the kids love them. Thanks! M
I think I am with Mary, not sure I could drink my greens. Great way to get the greens in though!!
wow Dolly! that is one way to get in you daily dose of Greens!
Hmm...maybe if I plug my nose? All I know is that Kale is amazing for you, and I am totally down with that. Cute blog!
6 kids... how awesome!!! Lucky you!Cheers to green smoothies :) I love them!Have a super day,Kristen
thanks for your share! i love green smoothies. Instead of using bananas i add carrots they are naturally sweet! I am going to pop over to her blog to see what type of blender she purchased! thanks for the shout out for the $50 giveaway. You are always in the know for giveaways
Yeah, I just can't get past the color. I've tried. Believe me. And, green is one of my favorite colors. I just can't drink it. I wish!
Just stopped by to say thanks for the package again. You are so sweet. My baby is wearing the bracelet right now. He would not even take it off for bed. THanks, HUGS m
I bought a good blender a few months ago for the sole purpose of making smoothies. So delicious and nutritious! I make fruit ones though...I'm not brave enough yet to try veggie smoothies!
Stop by my blog for a bit of bling.
Look so good! But I have heard that kale and spinach need to be cooked just a little and should not be eaten raw because of toxins that will kill off with just a little heat. No?
