Green Smoothies

Here is an awesome video for making a green smoothie...but I start off with more fruit and slowly add in more greens when making it for my family.

I love stuff like this believe it or not. I believe in the power of the greens. Thanks Dolly.

However, I wasn't impressed with that high powered machine. It took forever to get that collards and spinach down. It sort of cracked me up.

I'd rather just eat a salad.

I was just wondering how to get more collards and Kale in my diet! Great video. I will try this for sure. We do fruit smoothies with carrots. They are so good and the kids love them. Thanks! M

Yeah, I just can't get past the color. I've tried. Believe me. And, green is one of my favorite colors. I just can't drink it. I wish!

Just stopped by to say thanks for the package again. You are so sweet. My baby is wearing the bracelet right now. He would not even take it off for bed. THanks, HUGS m

I bought a good blender a few months ago for the sole purpose of making smoothies. So delicious and nutritious! I make fruit ones though...I'm not brave enough yet to try veggie smoothies!

Look so good! But I have heard that kale and spinach need to be cooked just a little and should not be eaten raw because of toxins that will kill off with just a little heat. No?
