Day Three- in Interlaken

I have procrastinated for way too long- with the details of our trip. So tonight, before I got to sleep...I'm finishing up the story:) We went out and had lunch with a ward member in Interlaken the next day. Before we left, we put our extra food in a little community kitchen down the hall. The mayo and mustard were in tubes (like tooth paste). We had bread, sausage and spreads for eating at night...these are all the pictures of places we drove to see and shop for during our trip. We saw ward members, we went grocery shopping, we looked at coo-coo clocks and Swiss knives. I saw wild flowers in cheese, we found a phone-booth to call the kids back home, and we giggled at the titles of videos and I-Sing games at the mall. I had to take a picture of the children's- "Happy Land" for one of the restaurants (It was so charming).

I was freezing all day-and our missionary wanted us to walk everywhere we went. Our rental car was parked in the grocery store garage-because it's so hard to find parking there. We burned a lot of calories-that's for sure! We were ready to head back to Zurich at the end of the day...

It looks pretty chilly there. Glad you able to enjoy all the sights and share some with me. Laughed at the names of videos, LOL. Cute play area and my favorite the small place you had to put our food. Was that a fridge? Tubed mayo and mustard was it less messy than the jar?
